There hasn't been a need or desire for most of my group to multi-class. I chose to because I wanted to have a rogue/ranger/wizard/arcane archer. So far its been fun!

Best regards,

Draxx

While I voted 25% (actually, it's one PC in 6), the choice is a little mis-named. They guy is a rogue/bard, and nobody in the group is of a level to take PrC's yet (though a couple are planning to, one of whom is already the rogue/bard).

most of my group is multiclassed, actually. I think the rogue is the only one who's not multiclassed; most people have at least one level of fighter.

Of course, I also got rid of mutliclass penalties; me and Angcuru share the same outlook on classes, that they're meant to help you emulate your character the way you see him, not force him into a mold by giving you penalties. I'd only enforce a penalty if I noticed a player getting out of control and trying to powergame it with a big list of multiclasses, and thankfully, I haven't got players like that.

2 out of 6 PCs or so in my current group are multiclassed... but only as a sideline. A rogue has ranger levels and the fighter has a rogue level (to help prep her for a prestige class).

While I voted 25%, only 1 out of 6 characters has multiclassed.

I don't do anything to encourage mulitclassing IMC (to avoid the halfling barbarian/paladin/monk/hospitaler abominations), but I don't out-and-out discourage multiclassing, either.

In previous campaigns the percentage was much higher, but in our current campaign we are at 0% multiclassing. We decided we wanted to play a straight class game, so we are going 1 - 20 in the same class (no multiclassing, no PrC).
