Most people I play with regularly are 40+, but none of us is old enough to retire. If we're looking at education, then I think many have university degrees (typically master's degree, two of us have PhDs) and the rest did vocational training.

40+ across the board.

With 2 exceptions for the children of groupmembers in my family/friends group, our ages range from 34 up to 58, with the median somewhere in the low 40s. (N=18)

One of my groups, BAs and technical school/apprentiships.
Other one, high school to associates, plus a bunch of college students.
I've the highest of the current lot, having taken most of a Master of Arts in Education. (Missing student teaching.)
None of my players have had a doctoral degree while playing at my table, but three have gone on to get them (one's a DC, one's a DN, one's an EdD.)
I've had a number of players over the years with Masters degrees while playing, and a few more have moved on and since gotten masters degrees.
