jontherev said:I don't see any reason to allow this to work by the rules. If it's a roleplay flavor issue, that you just really want the sonic deal, ask your DM to change the 'thundering' to work just like icy burst. That way, you deliver +1d6 sonic damage with every hit, and then extra damage on a crit. And take off the deafness effect, or else increase the weapon bonus to +3 market price. Just some suggestions.
