My suggestion is to get Ghost Touch (both for your weapons and armor/shields) ASAP. Incorporeal Undeads are always more dangerous than corporeal ones.
If you do not have enough money, Ring of Force Shield is much cheaper than a Shield with Ghost Touch ability. Another option is to have Bracers of Armor. Armor bonus from Bracers of Armor do not stack with those of your Armor and Shield. But It will protect you when you are attacked by incorporeal undead.
If you have 13+ Int, having Expertise feat will be good, too.
