It's barbecue day!

We were up around 4 am, and the smokers - five of them! - were going by 5. Right now it's the calm before the storm, as around 80 people will be showing up in nine hours. We've got three beef briskets, two boneless pork loins, three more hunks of pork (for pulling), several racks of ribs, three ducks, and a turkey in smoking. The fish (salmon and haddock) goes in at 3pm.

Hmmmm. It's only a 24 hour drive to your place. Can you postpone this for a day? ;)
 


I love our annual summer barbecue- a great time to get together the whole crew of friends from across the continent for a weekend of great food and good party.
