I keep seeing this phrase - can someone please tell me what it means?... making fetch happen ...
It’s a quote from the movie Mean Girls:I keep seeing this phrase - can someone please tell me what it means?

In my daughter's lingo, "cringe" has now become an adjective. She uses a heavy dose of "slay" as well. The other day she actually said to me, "bestie, what?" I had to remind her that I'm, in fact, not her "bestie."Working with teenagers I hear all the newest lingo and even understand some of it. Occasionally I use it when I want to get their attention as they can't help but cringe.
