I have recently seen the kids using 'fire' recently for something awesome or cool- no pun intended.

Gorck

Prince of Dorkness
Working with teenagers I hear all the newest lingo and even understand some of it. Occasionally I use it when I want to get their attention as they can't help but cringe.
In my daughter's lingo, "cringe" has now become an adjective. She uses a heavy dose of "slay" as well. The other day she actually said to me, "bestie, what?" I had to remind her that I'm, in fact, not her "bestie."
