THAC0 - pronounced tha-KEER-a, like "Shakira"Thack-zero. This is my hill, and I will die on it.
It's fine for non-D&D games, but the wrong term for D&D and not a term she invented for D&D.Another thing that came up in the interviews I watched is that Jennell Jaquays preferred the term "referee" to Game/Dungeon "Master" because that term has some negative connotations.
What are your thoughts on that?

Yes, I think she was addressing how Judges Guild used the term "Judge" and how she preferred "Referee" today. It's fine for non-D&D games, but the wrong term for D&D and not a term she invented for D&D.

Sure we were discussing a term with her name in it earlier and I was clarifying this issue is very different as she played no role in the term naming.I don't think she claimed to have invented the term?
At least in the video I just watched (filmed last May) I think she notes she did not invent TSR's "Dungeon Master" or Judges' Guild "Judge", but simply prefers to use the word Referee for various reasons.
