John Nephew, the president of Atlas Games, is certainly no stranger to running a campaign. However, his most recent campaign was one of a different sort - the political kind. And in the style of his company, it ended in a success.

According to an article on GamingReport, Nephew has won a seat on the city council of Maplewood, Minnesota by a hefty margin. Notably, supporters of his opponent attempted to smear his campaign by noting how Atlas Games had produced the game, Let's Kill. Luckily, the strategy backfired.

Congratulations John! They say that you campaign in poetry and govern in prose; so may your governmental prose be as good as what you've been publishing!

Congrats John!

I was a contributing author on a Penumbra book by Atlas Games and John and Michelle were professional and friendly people to work with.

He also did that generous Atlas Games birthday giveaway a while ago.

Good luck with your new position John.

Did the opponents use Jack Chick tracts?
