Can you explain this one?

Perfect Archery
Clairsentience
Psy Warrior 3
Manifest Time: 1 swift action
Range: Personal
Target: you
Dur: 1 round/level
Power Points: 5

When this power is manifested you do not provoke AoO using ranged weapons

Augment: each additional point spent increases duration by 1 round/level.

Hopefully that answers your ?.

Not to be negative, but is there anything... you know, compelling in this book? Nothing I hear makes me want it: I have enough races, feats, classes; I have no desire for race-specific weapons, powers, and spells; and the day someone needs to tell me what a fantasy race's culture is like is the day I stop GMing RPGs.

I can understand what you're saying, but would you want in this book?

Personally, I'm hoping it has enough material to run a all dwarf campaign for example. I would like it to have info on dwarf citedals or mines (which it appears not to have), and other good campaign stuff related to dwarves (and gnomes).

Based on your statement, I'd be curious what the book could possibly have that you'd find .. compelling. It's a race sourcebook .. so it has races, feats, classes, race-specific weapons, powers, and spells .. and umm .. oh yeah .. stuff about culture.

My advice .. again, based on your statement .. your unbelievably negative statement .. no, there's nothing compelling for you in this book.
