Mister Miser: The DM who doesn't give the players what they want. Or what they need. Or anything really. The fighter in the game has all weapon feats he can get for the longsword? Well, the only magical weapon (+1, found at level 28) is a sabre. You're a (2e) wizard, and need 4th level spells? Bad for you, for you won't find any scrolls - especially not those you really would like. This is the guy who doesn't give out anything, or if he does, it is either useless (so he can claim that he hands out magic items) or will be stolen/confiscated soon.
