Katarek, I'll try to go in today. I might get some free time. I've been working long hours at work, unfortunately.

I will be going up there on Monday during the day, so I will speak to Phil about it in depth as possible at that time for us.

I don't mean to sound like I am hi-jacking the organizational process, I just know that there are concerns and whatnot. Plus, I am so disgusted with other attempts in the area for organized play that I really want this to be a success and to see some good come of it.

Maybe if we are lucky, we can get the Jolly Rogers to play at our first convention! (That was just for you Dante)

I do know that Matt is the one we want to fill in on organizational details. He's the guy working the weekends. Phil would make all the decisions about future involvement with KCEN Con 2004.

Katarek, if you talk to Phil on Monday, tell him that I'd really like for him to be there, at least from 5:00 to 7:00 for the Con discussion. I think he might really like to participate in that.

I'm planning on going up there today to talk to Matt. So, hopefully I can square some things away there.


Also, I was going to mention this earlier, and I might have, I don't recall, but if you're planning on making any purchases, do them on the Game Day. If Phil has great sales, he'll be more likely to have us back in the future.

And Katarek, your help is greatly appreciated. Trust me, you're not stepping on any toes here. I've put in nearly 70 hours at work this week, so I just haven't had the time to devote to this that I would have liked.

I went by and talked to Matt yesterday, and filled him in on the plans. I told him that I'd like Phil to be there from 5 to 7 for the con discussion. Matt did mention that Phil wasn't intending to be there, but maybe we can convince him.

Phil said he would be there until at least 4. He has wifely things to do after that or somesuch.

With work rearing its ugly head, i am not sure I will be able to make it to the Game Day this Saturday. So I am withdrawing my All Flesh Must Be Eaten adventure and the l5r.
