Zombies, eh? Ya'know, that's not a bad idea. If there is any concern that we might have more gamers than games, bringing along some "classic" board games might just be the ticket. I haven't met a game group yet where at least a few members didn't own a bunch of Avalon Hill games or...Talsiman.

As for playing Magic, I'm totally down with that. For those that are planning on bringing some decks, we should probably be prepared for various formats (i.e. Standard, Vintage, Multiplayer, etc.).

I'll second the motion for name tags. That's a good idea....

Hmmm. Anything else? I've got to make these posts count since I only do it once in a Blue Moon. Yeah. Hold off on some purchases until Saturday so, that Phil will appreciate our company. Yeah.

TPS reports. Riiiiight.

Sean.

Zombies!! Played it this weekend, not a bad little game. Make sure you go to their website and grab their (revised?) instruction sheet and FAQ -- we played the game so wrongly it was ridiculous :)

Seeing that there are two D&D 3E games going to be run in the morning, I decided to run something different for slot A.

GM Victory
Weird Wars (d20)
type: RPG
6 players

Although, if anyone has any suggestions for something else, I'd consider it.

About 2 hours ago, I accidentally deleted the twentysome pages of work I did for the Mutants & Masterminds game.

NPC stats, character write-ups, everything is gone.

*sigh*

Would it offend anyone if I did Star Wars d20 instead? It's based off a campaign I ran earlier last year with my group. Best thing about it is that it's still on the hard drive and would be ready to go on Saturday.

Btw, I have only one person coming with me. The other will be out of town this weekend, but he sends his regards.

what spots need filling?

I have a set of Frag, the board game, it's pretty fun and i know the rules good enough to host a game.

It might just be as easy to sort it all out on Saturday. So, bring whatever game you want to run, and if people need more games, and you're willing to run something, then we'll be all set.

On a slightly unrelated topic, does anyone in Lawrence know that the local gameshop runs a nifty dungeon crawl every other weekend? They've got a dungeon set-up with all those cave and wall pieces and minis to boot.
