Kansas City Game Day - A success! Photos on page 12.

Billy should be all set and ready to go. I look forward to hearing about another game using The Whispering Woodwind adventure. So far, they've all been fun and none of them have been the same or what I expected. Very cool, indeed! :)

Thanks Mark!

Nothing in Slot C.

You know, I suppose that's ok. I mean, we're all gamers. I'm sure we can find something to talk about to fill the time. We don't have a HUGE amount of time anyway, so I imagine that it will just fly by, and we'll end up going "wow, where'd the time go?!"

We may end up moving the Con discussion to 3-5 since I think Phil has to leave, and I'd like to include him in those discussions.

Billy, if you want to bring some name badges, or even stickers that say "Hi, my name is" that'd be great!

I was going to run mine in slot C so those who didn't want to join the Con discussion would have something to do.

(and so I can play something in slot A! ;))

I'm going to print out two copies of my module in case there are people willing to run, and not enough games to be played. Come to think of it, I might as well print three copies off.

It's something I'm going to be running at GenCon, so those that play it here will get a sneak peak. It's goofy, silly, zany fun. And takes about 5 minutes of preparation from a DM to run.

I will probably bring a few magic decks as well. I saw them mentioned earlier.

I will bring a few other things that can be ran as pick up games. My room-mate, who is attending, will probably bring a zombies set up, he has been real anxious to play that. I don't want to commit for him though.

See you guys there!

Zombies, eh? Ya'know, that's not a bad idea. If there is any concern that we might have more gamers than games, bringing along some "classic" board games might just be the ticket. I haven't met a game group yet where at least a few members didn't own a bunch of Avalon Hill games or...Talsiman.

As for playing Magic, I'm totally down with that. For those that are planning on bringing some decks, we should probably be prepared for various formats (i.e. Standard, Vintage, Multiplayer, etc.).

I'll second the motion for name tags. That's a good idea....

Hmmm. Anything else? I've got to make these posts count since I only do it once in a Blue Moon. Yeah. Hold off on some purchases until Saturday so, that Phil will appreciate our company. Yeah.

TPS reports. Riiiiight.

Sean.
