Kerall defeats Snow Owl (style)

Here I am.

The chimera leaps over the orchard; conceals the rising of the barrens!

"If you call this magic, then the power of a warrior's mind and body to work as one for battle is magical. Real sorcery is beyond me, but I've met and fought with wizards and creatures not of this world..."
As Kerall says this, he jumps towards Snow Owl and slightly to her left, dodging an incoming blow.

"...let me tell you, some of them weren't any less honorable than either of us". Kerall's hand lands on the ground a few spans behind his opponent; the ice cracks under his weight, allowing him to hold a firm grip on it. Using his arm to sustain his body, he transforms his leap in a semicircular motion - gaining speed, the upward movement ends with his feet impacting heavily on Snow Owl's shoulders.

Both fighters make good use of different moves but I give the point to Winter Snow.

The fang flies with the cavern; dominates the onslaught of the body!

Fist of Fury: The panther drops within the beach; protects against the gaze of the reptile and harshly wards off the touch of the mountain!

Kerall grits his teeth and once again reminds himself to maintain the maximum concentration. Stop chatting!

He backs away from Snow Owl, until he is far enough for what he has in mind. The fighter runs towards his opponent, as if to perform a bull rush. In the few moments before Snow Owl attempts to parry the attack, however, Kerall spins in a half-circle, sliding on the ice. He avoids the woman's body and passes to her right side instead. As he skids past, a number of blows are exchanged and in just a few seconds the space between the warriors becomes a blur of strikes. Kerall parries, maintaining a complete coolness, his trained mind keeping control even as he has to avoid Snow Owl's blows while keeping his balance on the slippery glacial surface.

At the first, slightest mistake, he delivers a powerful punch right to Snow Owl's cheek. Sliding away on the ice behind her, quickly regaining his balance, he allows himself to comment: "I hope that bit I saw flying away from your mouth was just ice and not one of your teeth..."

Snow Owl grins nastily, revealing that she still has all of her teeth. She replies, "Nice try."

The young woman hangs close to Kerall now, almost daring him to lay hands on her. She moves with the flexible grace of a willow, twisting like a branch in the wind, so that her opponent's strikes miss by the tiniest of margins. "Come on!" she taunts. "Hit me if you can!"

As Kerall closes in, the girl spins and whips past him with seemingly impossible speed, her form lost in a shining halo of whirling cloth and hair. So quickly does she move that even the brown belt's eyes cannot grasp her form. Then, with the grace of a leaf and the power of a falling tree, Snow Owl delivers a somersaulting kick to the icy plain beneath Kerall's feet, shattering the surface so that he must scramble to avoid plummeting into the depths.

The willow eliminates the plain; dodges the gaze of the holy ground!

Kerall's style is impressive.

2 Points and Match Kerall

Snow Owl, you lose nothing and add a loss to your record, but you have shown great talent.

Kerall you advance to Brown Belt 1 and bring honour to your dojo and master.

Kerall lays in the snow to cool down. "You're good, lady! You have quite a way ahead of you..."

OoC:
Thanks for the fight and judging. :)

Snow Owl nods curtly, an unreadable emotion burning in her eyes. Then she blurs into the arctic mists and is gone.

Yeah, good bout! I'd have taken you, too, if not for that pesky Brown Belt. ;) )
