Kevin Smith review of Revenge of the Sith - Spoiler Filled

At CIII we got confirmation that the series is set between III and IV, and will focus on some supporting characters from the movies.

Hmm... Mr. Fett, I presume? Perhaps some Young Han Solo action? Maybe Lando & Han paint the town red.

We've got one confirmed character at the moment. Do NOT click this if you're avoiding spoilers.

[sblock]Aayla Secura, the blue skinned Twi'lek Jedi Knight is already confirmed to be in the series.[/sblock]

They should get the guy that played Young Indiana Jones to play Young Han Solo - how funny would that be?

That's not much of a spoiler if you've seen the trailers.

Yes, it very well could be, as it tells you that: [sblock]She somehow survives the Jedi Purge. What you see in the Trailer is a shot of her BEFORE everything goes crazy.[/sblock]

Trust me, there are people all over going crazy about this being said in non spoiler text. I'm not going to take any chances with this. :)

I'm not sure I'm following you Ankh. That character is an EU character based on a quick glimpse in Ep2 that has, admittedly, taken on a life of his or her own since. Confirming that this character is in the movie by showing him or her in a trailer means that its not really much of a spoiler to say that he or she is in the movie.

Or are you talking about something else and I'm just missing it? And is that worded sufficiently obtusely for the spoiler-free crowd? :heh:

Yep, you're missing something. This was talking about the TV show, as Insight suggested possible characters that might be in it, and I stated the one confirmed character we have.

Not the movie. :)

Its worth noting that Smith IS a rabid fanboy.

Which is why I trust his opinion, because I'm one, too. Its not a requirement of a rabid fanboy to complain about the prequels, believe it or not. :D
Yes, a rabid fanboy who was at one point rumored (plausibly) to be behind "The Phantom Edit."
