(Kinda OT?) Earth and Beyond

Does anyone here play this Sci-Fi MMORPG Space game?

You know they are going to move you to software and games.

Saw it at GenCon but have yet to sign on. It looked very interesting, very wide open.

I played it during the beta test. It was quite enjoyable, but not quite worth having to pay per month.

I'm hoping World of Warcraft is worth paying per month.

I played, for a while.

It's just not something that can hold my interest for a long time. It gets... repetative. Not in the "Hack orc, hack orc, hack orc, hack orc, level, hack bigger orc, hack bigger orc..." way that most MMORPGs do, that I can actualy tollerate. This game broke down, for me, far to much into "Run to Fenris Station. Buy supplies. Run to Earth station. Deliver suplies, buy new ones. Run to fenris, rinse, repeat."... It just got really boring. And the combat wasn't fun, or interesting...

That is disappointing. One day maybe someone will do a spce opera game correctly.

actually I kinda like it. What goes slow is the leveling.
