Kingmaker in the Iron Kingdoms?

Kingmaker is really shaping up to be an excellent AP. I dig Golarion, but my players are all HUGE Warmachine and Hordes fans, and have been itching to play in Privateer Press's Iron Kingdoms setting.
Anyone have some ideas for where in the IK to set Kingmaker?
I'm thinking about parking it in the Thornwood.

The Thornwood would be a good place to start and maybe branching into Llael as the setup to become the new ruler of that country and then being forced to take on Khador in order to push them out of the country.

Agreed, I think that sounds really fun. I'm actually running a Kingmaker campaign in Golarion and and seperate Iron Kingdoms campaign, so I'm quite interested to see how the two combine. Keep us updated!
