Know Vulnerabilities and Regeneration

Does the spell Know Vulnerabilities (Spell Compendium) tell you anything about the regeneration properties of a monster?
It's not a vulnerability, nor is it exactly a resistance or immunity.

I'm thinking it would tell you that certain weapons and spells do 'normal' damage, but would it also tell that any other weapon or spell does only nonlethal damage?

No.

From the spell: "Vulnerabilities include anything that causes the creature more
than the normal amount of damage"

So, per the spell it wouldn't tell you anything about a trolls regeneration. For instance.
