Known errata/errors in the XPH

p. 96 - psionic domination. Considering that the arcane equivalent lasts one day per level, is it a mistake that duration is listed as "concentration", with no way to augment the duration? The reduction in power is inexplicable otherwise.

I personally think the spell version of Dominate should also be Concentration and you should be able to augment the psionic version for a greater duration.

Found a couple more as I read through the powers.

On p. 104 Energy Wall lists a save a Reflex half or Fortitude half; see text. The text states that creatures do not get a save vs the Energy Wall if it is manafested on creatures.

On p. 105, Expansion's duration is listed as 1 minute/level, yet on p. 106 one of the augmentations is spend 2 additional power points to make the duration 1 minute per level rather than 1 round per level.

The wording of Id Insinuation (p. 112) could be more clear in the second paragraph. It reads, As long as the manifester remains concentrating fully on this power, the subject is confused, making it unable to independently determine it will do. The sentance should probably read, making it unable to independently determine what it would do.

Not sure if this should be errata or not but Energy Missile and Energy Stun both get +1d6 damage and +1 Save DC per power point used to augument them. This means that a 20th lv. Psion could, using Energy Missile, spend 20 power points and do 20d6 damage to up to five targets each having to make a save at DC 27+Int modifier.

That is all I've got for now, more to come I'm sure.

Energy Wave is listed as doing 13d6 damage on p. 104, but only 13d4 on the list of powers on p. 71.

The Soulknife is listed as having Listen as a class skill on p. 29, but as a cross-class skill on the chart on p. 36.

The example of a specific weapon choice that a Soulknife could apply to the mindblade on p. 27 is Weapon Specialization, yet this feat is only available to a fighter of at least 4th level, so only multiclassed fighter/soulblades could take it. This is not an error strictly speaking, but could be clarified, particularly as this clarification was made in the description of bonus feats available to the Psychic Warrior on p. 26.

Reality Revision is listed both as a 9th level Psion/Wilder power and as a 9th level Seer Power in the power lists on p. 72-3. I assume the latter listing is an error.

Second Chance is listed as having an XP cost on the powers list on p. 73, but not in the description of the power on p. 131. Also, the duration of the power says "1 round/lvl or until discharged" yet the description of the power states that the rerolls can be made once per round.

The character sheet for Shaper in the bonus expansion downloads lists Knowledge (Psionics) as a skill that is usable untrained (with no ranks in it).

Also, p. 185-6 says that astral construct menu choices do not stack unless the ability notes it stacks. None of the abilities on menus A, B or C note that they stack, as far as I can tell. This isn't an errata, but seems unnecessary unless there is a dragon article to come that will give new cool menu choices for astral constructs.

The Blue on p. 189 is listed as having a level adjustment of +0, but in the description of Blues as characters, the level adjustment is +1. Also, if the Blue monster has the feats it is given in the statsblock, it should have 4 more hit points, along with 2 unusable power points (a Blue Psion would presumably not have the Wild Talent feat that "regular" Blues have? Or was it meant to duplicate the "naturally psionic" ability of Blues as characters?).

Actually it says if it is manifested on creatures they take damage as if they passed through the wall.

Some minor errata:
Suggestion, Psionic and Psionic Blast are both augmentable, but are not listed as such in the power lists.

This may not be an error, but all the metapsionic feats have a reduced cost (for example, Maximize Power is +4 PP, the equivalent of +2 spell levels, instead of +6), EXCEPT for Extend Power, which still costs +2 PP (when it seems it should cost +0).

Because it's used mainly out of combat, it would have no real cost if it didn't cost pp. Psionic focus is basically free if you have 6 seconds to spare.

Depending on your level. And if the cost isn't being reduced, it shouldn't require the expenditure of the focus to use. Perhaps Extend should have provided the option of "costs 2 PP unless you use your focus," even if they ditched that for the other metapsionics feats.

Energy stun gives +1d6 and +1 to the DC for every point spent beyond the initial 3 points to manifest. I think this is supposed to be +1 DC for every extra 2d6 damage , because otherwise the save DC's quickly become ridiculous.

Further support for this: Most of the other "Energy" powers increase their DC by +1 for every extra 2d6 of damage.
