Kobold, Goblin and Hobgoblin paragon levels

Has anyone developed racial paragon levels for Kobolds, Goblins and Hobgoblins?

Sure Have - I have all three fleshed out and use them as options in my current campaign.

I don't have access to my finished material right at the moment (not at home) but I will be sure to post them in this thread On Monday.

Diamond Throne has Kobold and Goblin racial levels (tho i cant recall if Paragon classes have more than 3 levels..)

Yes, I'd found the Goblin and Kobold racials levels on the Diamond Throne site but didn't really like them (the +1 stat rises didn't fit with the models in UA.)

Racial Advancement Rules

Maybe these will better fit your taste. I modeled them after the original Jesse Decker freebees posted on Malhavoc, which eventually became the same templates for the UA Paragon classes.
