KOTOR 1 and 2: Spoil me silly...

I know these are computer games, but since they're based on a movie franchise, I decided to put the question here. I've played a few hours of the first one, and while I liked it well enough, let's face it; I'll never finish it, nor will I ever play the sequel.

So, anyone care to spoil me silly? Tell me all about what happens. Lots of detail is a plus. Long posts, great.

I'm assuming that everyone knows there will be spoilers here.

I was glad I chose snide or lude comments in dialogue with Bastila because she betrayed me. She would have done this no matter what I would have said.
The end of KOTOR 1 was pissing me off. I made a jedi that rocked and I was beating the snot out of the BBEG and every damn time I'd get him close to zero health the damn game would railroad me and he'd start monologueing about this or that then send crap after me. I'd catch up with him and go thru the same process. Frustrating.

Google "Knight of the Old Republic" and "walkthrough." ;)

Yeah, my first thought was just to go to gamefaqs, but I thought maybe I could get the story with a bit more flair! ;) Also, my time is limited over the next few weeks, and walkthroughs are almost tediously detailed.

Ok Ill play spoiler...(pauses)

In Kotor 1, you play an amnesiac hero who turns out to have a surprisingly strong affinity for the force. You eventually train and confront Malak, the BBEG of the game. Malak became the BBEG because he betrayed his fellow Sith Lord Darth Revan during a Republic attack(that occured just before the game opens). This lead to the main plot twist i the game-

It turns out you, the hero were Darth Revan all along, captured during the above Republic attack, and given Force-fu induced amnesia/mind wipe by the Jedi Council in the hopes you will be an ally/tool against Malak.

At the end obviously the dark/light choices youve made will determine if you win the day for the Republic or kill Malak and replace him as Dark Lord. There are two ending movies for both at the final big space battle over the Forge after the confrontation with Malak.

And you do have to be careful because you can either end up killing or saving Bastilla in both dark and light scenarios if ya pick the wrong conversation tree.

Hows that?

Kotor 1: First time I played it light side. Found out I was Revan. The game then gives you the options to start playing up you being revan. I basically said I was, not anymore I am now <Character Name>. Bastila betrayed me, I redeemed her and she came back to the light side.

Dark side: Smug, cheating bastard. I went though the game as a female character this time. Played up the Revan. Bastila betrayed me, I turned to the dark side AGAINST Revan and she became my apprentice. I made the wookie kill his best friend, the Twilek. He then turned on me and I had to kill him. The rebuplic officer who you fake a love interest with, I killed him to. These were all party memeber at on time. Was fun.
