I know it is from Dragon, but which issue? I'm trying to find it to show it to my DM. (also because I don't remember the exact wording) Does it ONLY apply to the AC bonus?

As written, can it be applied to the CV Ninja, or does it specifically say "monk"? I think my DM will allow it regardless, but I'm curious.

I assumed as much. Obviously the wording of it says monk, but from talking to my DM, I don't think he'll mind, since the feat existed before CV.
