I was channel surfing on a lazy sunday afternoon and came across this show which now I've seen twice.

It seems interesting and was wondering if anyone else has seen it and can give a review.

As I understand it 'teenager appears with no past and no navel , and then starts to display supernatural abilities'

Anyway - any comments?

It's a pretty good show. The first season was nice, and I have the second saved on TiVo for watching later. He doesn't really have 'supernatural' powers but rather abilities that come about from him being able to learn and process information so quickly, and had total control of his body.

Things get a little slow when they devote time to Kyle learning to be a teenager, including a crush on the neighbor girl, but pick up again when they deal with the people looking for Kyle, or the mystery surrounding his past. By the way, they don't string you along on that: you learn pretty much exactly what's going on in the last couple of first season episodes. I haven't seen any of the second season so far, so I can't tell how those developments pan out.

Most of the supporting cast is good.

I enjoy it. The second half of the second season starts back up in 2008.
