LA/ECL 0 to 3 humanoid Dragon races

Does anyone know or can list all the LA 0 to 3 humanoid dragon races? Or has anyone created some LA 0 to 3 dragon races? Not wanting templates.

Well, there's Kobolds.

The Draconomicon and the Dragonlance campaign setting have several different options in this range, with the Dragonlance setting having many more choices.

That Depends

Well theres the half Dragon but that's a +3 LA. If your okay with a +2 LA There is alway the Dragon Kin You can find the Dragon Dragon Kin in the Draconomican. Then theres always the Dragon Disciple Prestige Class but with that one you have the base creatures LA/ECL though with that route it takes longer to become a Draconic charecter

While it is a template, you could easily use the Draconic template from the Draconomicon to create a separate race. For example, a Draconic human would have:
* Humanoid (human) type.
* Medium size.
* Speed 30 ft.
* +1 Natural Armor.
* 2 claws, 1d3 damage.
* Darkvision 60 ft and Lowlight vision.
* +4 to save vs sleep and paralysis.
* +2 Str, Con, Cha.
* +2 Intimidate and Spot
* 1 bonus feat at first level.
* 4 bonus skill points at first level and 1 bonus skill point at each subsequent level.
* +1 LA.

Or maybe combine it with a kobold:
* Humanoid (reptilian) type
* Small size.
* Speed 30 ft.
* +2 natural armor
* 2 claws, 1d2 damage
* Darkvision 60 ft and Low-light vision.
* +4 save vs sleep and paralysis.
* -2 Str, +2 Dex, +2 Cha
* +2 to Intimidate, Spot, Craft (trapmaking), Profession (miner), and Search.
* Light sensitivity.

Technically, the kobold would also be +1 LA. However, given suckiness of a base kobold, I'd be inclined to overlook that.

The reason why I hate templates, espically for this reason cause it's hard enough to choose a base race when in fact adding another on to of that.
