Hmmmm, Int instead of Cha. Not sure, as people don't follow others because they are smart. They follow them because they have the force of personality to keep them loyal, even in the face of adversity. (Just look at our recent string of Presidents!)

As a feat, it's probably not that bad. But I dislike it because Charisma is a not a very strong ability score as it is. Anything that takes away from it is, IMO, detracting from the already limited things that it can do.

I would say that it would work. You still need the chr. to get them to notice you and your int. to keep them facinated. But are yousaying that if you went back ant had a chat with enstine there, that you wouldn't want to support him becuase he didn't seam like a "neat guy"?

Charisma is already too much of a dump stat as it is - It doesn't need a feat to make it weaker still.

You know it's not really that much of a dump stat. It effects a great deal of your skills, and I myself find that I am usually putting alot on it to keep up the things it effects. With it, you can get twice the stuff, and kill half the people. Besides, If you don't want it, then dont take the feat. It's that simple. Just becuase you have the option, dosn't mean you have to take it.

I'd let the feat in - it doesn't automatically make Charisma a dump stat - it does cost a relatively rare feat slot, after all, to make it intelligence. Fits with the comic book standard of having supervillains be very intelligent, not so charismatic, but still have hordes of minions.

Well, just becuase he's a BBEG doesn't mean that he has low CHR. I have always seen it as how much influence you have over others, good or bad.
