Leadership Feat

Another comment about the feat leadership.

Personnaly i don't use this feat, every hero (PC) in my campaign could attract follower without the feat if they do heroic deeds and have a reputation.

I totally agree. I have not use my house rule in a campaign but I give every PC the ability of minor leadership for free. This works exactly like the feat leadership except the numbers of followers is halved. The leadership feat is a bonus of IIRC +2 or +4 on the leadership score and a person with the leadership feat gets the normal number of followers.

Gandalf in Lord of the ring, look more charismatic then merlin, he was able to lead troop in the siege of Gondor at the capital.

That's because he's a sorcerer! I don't remember him studying his spells, and he does not seem to know many!

More seriously, though, I'd go for a feat replacing leadership and that would use another stat, giving a pre-req of Cha 13+.
