I've got to say that this template is not equivalent to other LA+4 Templates (Half-Fiend or Half-Celestial for instance), and given that none of its abilities scale with level (NA bonus is very low, and DR5 begins to be of limited use around 10th level (ish)), so I would say that LA+2 is fair
