D&D 5E learning a spell from a scroll

Playing through Princes of the Apocalypse which adds new spells to the game.

The party finds a scroll of one of the new spells, Dust Devil, that can be cast by both Druids and Wizards.

I understand the mechanism for the Wizard to copy this spell into his spellbook. But what about the Druid? Can Druid's learn new Druid spells from scrolls? Can both the Druid and the Wizard learn the same spell from the same scroll?

How does it work in general if the party finds a scroll of a spell that can be cast by both a Wizard and a Druid--can they both use the scroll? Or are there different versions of the spell (arcane vs. divine) and so if they find a scroll of Dust Devil do I need to first decide whether it's an arcane scroll or a divine scroll? (The Princes of the Apocalypse doesn't say--it just says its a scroll of Dust Devil.)

Thanks!

If a spell is available to druids or clerics in your campaign, they don't have to ever find that spell they simply have to prepare it. If they find a scroll they can cast the spell directly from that scroll without having prepared it first.

I suppose it is possible that, in game, a druid could learn about a rare spell when they encounter a scroll of it. But once they are aware of it, the spell is simply available for them to prepare like any other druid spell.

I use this method.

Clerics and Druids know the spells from the PH (99%, I have a few that I held back at once time)

Anything else neds to be encountered (such as the scroll) or taught. (such as visiting the monastery or grove that knows the secret lore.)
