Cappy looks at knee high level to look for manny.

And there he is . . . right at knee level! "Yeah, yeah, yeah, always picking on the little guy! OK, Relós, you ready to do our thing?"

The little brownie peers into the passageway for a moment, then turns to his friends.

"OK, we'll scout ahead . . . but if we're really going to take care of this little 'problem,' everyone's eventually gonna have to go in. So while furball and I are getting a little distance, I'd suggest the rest of you make your preparations and come on down as soon as you're able."

With these words, the two hop down into the passageway and begin making their way forward . . .

The Vault of Larin Karr! -- Secret Passage

OOC: I thought the idea was for Manny to be mounted on Relós, in which case the stealth check for Relós is really the only one that matters, and applying the first roll to the only check that matters, gives us a result of 25.

IC: Manny scrambles down into the diminutive passageway, which is quite roomy to him, and proceeds to check it out. The passageway loops around and comes out underneath sarcophagus #10 on the eastern wall of the room. [The sub-grade passage is shown in a contrasting color on the map, kind of a yellow-orange-looking-thing.] [OOC: The circled "C" indicates the spot where Relós locates a secret door in the ceiling of the passageway. This secret door is given to the PCs due to accumulated karma and DM impatience.]

"What is that spell . . . . ., oh yeah. Reduce person. I don't know that one."
*sigh* Cappizzio looks to the others and asks, "Anyone have that one?"

Kerlan waves his hand at the others dismissively. "Come on, it's not that bad. Let's go." Kerlan climbs down into the passage and heads over to the secret door. He waits for the others before opening it.

The Vault of Larin Karr! -- The Cramped Secret Passage

Kerlan is not able to move about in the tunnel as freely as his last post would indicate because a) he is behind Manny and Relos, and b) because the passage is only 3 feet wide and a little less than 5 feet high. Kerlan is left with the distinct impression that this tunnel was constructed in this fashion to infuriate and bedevil all those who enter it.

Manny can reach the ceiling of the passageway, but he has to stand on Relos to do it.

shifting his equipment about and sheathing his rapier, Cappi squirms and scoots about the tunnel. he arrives at where Kerlin, Manny and Relos are.

"So *pant pant*Yet another *pant*secret dor. I am so not suprised."

Just as the others are gearing up, you hear a muffled thumping from the sarcophagus on the east wall and Manny's voice. "Hey, guys! The passage opens up over here, but there's a secret door in the ceiling about halfway through so you'll need to come down!"

Tylara goes over and opens the sarcophagus happy to avoid squeezing her rather tall form into the short passage.
