LG vs. CE: Lawful Good is Victorious!

Round 181: Omega heals 27 hp. Sonja has 101 hp.

Max bites (rolled 60-20+6) for 32+23 damage. Tatters has 270 hp left.

Tatters does not dodge (23+4 Ref save) and takes 86. He survives the massive damage (26 Fort save) and has 184 hp left.

Opti:[sblock]You can breathe again next round.[/sblock]

Tatters takes two tail slap AoO's from Omega and Max as he flies away.

Omega hits (rolled 52+6) for 34+3 damage.

Max hits (rolled 49-20+6) for 34+23 damage. Tatters has 90 hp left.

Sonja dodges the breath this time (rolled 32+9) and takes 35. She has 66 hp left.

Tatters:[sblock]You can breathe again in round 184. Buh-bye.[/sblock]

St. Patrick starts round 182. He heals 10 hp and has 105 hp.

St. Stephen:[sblock]You want to attack Omega Supreme in round 182.[/sblock]

OOC: It doesn't change anything, but I had a thought about Tatters' first breath weapon. Don't you think St. Patrick and maybe even Sonja should have gotten a cover bonus to their reflex saves?

Round 182
St. Patrick, feeling confident that the dragons can handle Tatters, concentrates and disappears from view (invisible). He then flies invisibly to 85n45e40z, atop the victory zone.

Sonja concentrates defensively and gives herself some more cure critical wounds. She takes a 5ft-step west.

Lady Mariangela continues cursing, inaudible to anyone in the arena.

Omega Supreme swings around to 60n70e40z heading north and tail slaps the easy-to-hit-Tatters with +15 on power attack.

St. Stephen looks angrily at Omega Supreme. He flies to the big boy at 70n55e40z and attacks with his greatsword, nothing on power attack so as to ensure a hit.

Maximus Rex flies to 65n90e40z heading north and bites Tatters again with another +20 on power attack. As a side note, isn't it sick to put +20 on power attack and still reliably hit a CR17 dragon?

Sekrits: [sblock] Another wall of force, this one at 55e, from the other wall of force to the north wall (105n to 120n). [/sblock]

Current Positions: [sblock]St. Stephen the confused planetar (Large), hovering at 70n55e40z.
St. Patrick the planetar (Large) atop the VZ roof at 85n45e40z, invisible.

Lady Mariangela (permanent image) (Huge) hovering at 0n20e40z.
Lady Mariangela (real one, but invisible and with other effects) somewhere hidden and undetectable (unless Gansk tells you otherwise).
Sonja the throne archon (Large), atop the VZ roof at 110n55e40z.

Omega Supreme the very old radiant dragon (Gargantuan) at 60n70e40z heading north.
Maximus Rex the very old radiant dragon (Gargantuan) at 65n90e40z heading north.
Optimus Prime the very old radiant dragon (Gargantuan) at 10n70e40z, heading southwest.

Tatters at 100n80e40z eastbound, likely dead and falling.[/sblock]

OOC: The angle looked a little hokey to me, but I thought there was a good chance the breath brushed their upper torsos. We'll have to examine it more closely next time it happens.

Sonja concentrates (38 Concentration) and heals 35. She has 101 hp.

Omega hits (rolled 58-15+5) for 31+18 damage. Tatters has 41 hp left.

St. Stephen misses (rolled 29+4-2).

Max bites (rolled 56-20+5) for 31+23 damage. Tatters is dead. Very sick.

Next for CE in round 182: an effigy. (MM II)

A transluscent humanoid shape made of multicolored flame appears at 80N50E, then sinks into the ground.

Gansk[sblock]Go down to 80N50E-5Z and listen for something landing in the victory zone. The humanoid will wait here and hope for a draw. If LM appears again, the humanoid will take the loss.[/sblock]

All three dragons exclaim almost simultaneously, "I've just the thing for an incorporeal!"

Optimus Prime flaps around and lands at 60n35e.

Round 183
St. Patrick steps southwest 5ft and casts a spell.

Sonja casts cure critical wounds on herself and moves to 80n55e40z, looking down from atop the victory zone.

Lady Mariangela curses one final time.

Omega Supreme flaps around and lands at 80n20e. Don't forget an AoO by St. Stephen.

Next is St. Stephen unless the effigy has some readied action. But, I need an action for St. Stephen. I'd go for something like "acts normal" or "the confusion ends". ;)

Secret Actions: [sblock] OP readies to breathe on the effigy.

St. Patrick starts a summon monster IV spell.

Lady Mariangela casts a permanent image of herself (again), this one at 105n0e. Since she's in the ethereal plane, so is the image. If she exits the ethereal, the image will remain here.

OS readies to breathe on the effigy.

OOC: It looks like the effigy wants to go for a draw, but I'm operating under the assumption that LM still fulfills the part about being at 0z in the victory zone, despite being in the ethereal plane.[/sblock]

Sonja heals back to full hp. St. Patrick heals 10 hp and has 115 hp.

St. Stephen misses the AoO (rolled 34+4-2). Then he babbles some more.

LM & Co.:[sblock]Yes, I already ruled that sitting around on the ethereal plane satisfies the VZ conditions, although I regret that now. :) [/sblock]

Humanoid:[sblock]You sense something on the ground directly to the south of you. You act after Max.[/sblock]

Max goes next in round 183.

Gansk[sblock]Nothing will change. There is no reason for the humanoid to come up and get force blasted. The main reason I am replying now is to make it look like I am posting a move.[/sblock]

Round 183 continued
St. Stephen babbles. He could be the poster child for Babylon-5.

Maximus Rex lands at 80n80e (hope I have that position correctly, he wants to be on the right side of the VZ but not in it and not squeezing or anything).

Secret: [sblock] Ready to breathe. [/sblock]

The humanoid does not make an appearance. Optimus Prime finishes round 183.

St. Patrick heals to 125 hp in round 184.

St. Stephen:[sblock]You want to attack Sonja in round 184.[/sblock]

Round 183 Continued
Optimus Prime stays put.

Round 184
Something else happens, to be described by Gansk.

[sblock] OP readies a line of force, like the other dragons. I'm not sure I actually specified force, but that's obviously what I meant.

St. Patrick summons 1d3 celestial black bears. They will appear at 75n30e, 75n55e, and 75n60e. He will then instruct them in common to go and wait in the victory zone, ready to attack an enemy. I can let you describe them if you want before continuing.

St. Patrick then starts casting summon monster III.[/sblock]
