It does not bother me to hang in there. I should have had the effigy tap out. It would not be so bad if one could teleport into the arena above 0Z so as to have an attack against things on the roof. This brings up a question I have had but keep forgetting to ask. If a new combatant is capable of teleporting or using dimension door, can it do so to somewhere other than 0Z?

Gansk, St. Stephen gets three attacks.
I don't think the creatures use their own teleporting capabilities, so I think not. I also don't think they should be able to unless you give creatures the option of running in (charging), flying in, or swimming in.
