Maximus Rex flies around in a long circle, ending up at 55n45e20z heading north. He tail slaps Siegfried with another +5 PA and +5 CE (planning for the next opponent).

If Siegfried yet lives, Optimus Prime will also fly in a circle, ending at 65n95e15z heading north and tail slap Siegfried with +5 PA and +5 CE.

Maximus Rex breathes on Siegfried (more force-breath) and then flies around to 100n10e40z heading west (this will provoke an AoO if Siegfried is alive and conscious).

On the off-chance that Siegfried is alive and unconscious: OP gives himself a CCW. If he's conscious, OP breathes a line of force. If OP acts at all, he then flies to 80n100e40z heading north.
