LG vs. CE: Lawful Good is Victorious!

I do not have my map, but I think this move will work. Haman will fly to 10N0E10Z, northbound, and breathe at both Maximus Rex and Optimus Prime.

OOC: Haman will provoke an AoO from Op's tail before he gets to 0n30e. But, he can notice Aesther is not there when he first steps at out 0n40e. I assume he'll still move and breathe 'cause it'll put a hurting on me boys.

OOC: Re: Op's position, merely me changing a move mid-post, updating my spreadsheet and not the post. Glad he could still take a move action anyway. :)

OOC: I'm not sure of the dragon's maneuverability, but I don't think he can fly westward into the corner like that and then take a 90-degree turn out of it. He'd need to have average maneuverability. To fix it, he could be at 15n0e10z or plan to hit the wall. :)

I thought that Haman could turn NW at 0N10E10Z and turn northward at 10N0E10Z. He is not moving north yet, although he is facing that way at the end of his move. If that is not possible, 15N0E10Z is fine. I was aware of the AoO that was being provoked.

I think you forgot about the tree, either that or we have a different idea about it. It fills all 4 corner squares, right? And, per the rules, you cannot step diagonally past a corner. You certainly can't go through, which tracing that diagonal goes through one of the tree's squares.

Obviously, this case doesn't matter a whole lot, it's just an interesting situation. The tree technically shouldn't have any 'corners' and IMC I personally allow stepping (movement) past round objects like columns and even rounded corners, but not edged corners or even gelatinous cubes (which actually came up once).

Round 230: OP takes an AoO and hits (rolled 53+5) for 29+2-5. Haman has 397 hp.

Haman flies to 15N0E10Z and breathes.

OP dodges (35+2 Ref save) and takes 40 damage. He has 446 hp.

Max dodges (37+2 Ref save) and also takes 40. He has 407 hp.

Max's turn in round 230.

OOC: Intriguing, I would've said that the -5 hp/negative level is not restored, but I think you're probably right that it is restored. It's just a penalty, not damage.

Round 230 Continued
Max yells out, "He has freedom of movement and watch out for a maze spell." He then flies to 60n0e20z heading south (circling from the north to avoid an AoO) and breathes a line of force right in Haman's face.

Aesther says, "Freedom of movement? Now you tell me...rassafrassin'..." She does something.

Omega Supreme flies to 80n50e40z, landing atop the Victory Zone. On the way, he blasts Haman with a second line of force.

Round 231
Optimus Prime looks up at Haman and grins, "How do you taste." He steps south and opens his mouth wide, revealing very sharp fangs and bites, claws, wings buffets, and tail slaps the abyss outta Haman.

Your turn, Haman, should you survive.

Positions After This turn said:
Lady Mariangela (permanent image) (Huge) hovering at 0n20e40z.
Lady Mariangela (permanent image) (Huge) hovering at 105n0e20z, ethereal.

Aesther the old silver dragon (Huge) somewhere hidden.

Omega Supreme the very old radiant dragon (Gargantuan) at 80n50e40z on the VZ roof.
Maximus Rex the very old radiant dragon (Gargantuan) at 60n0e20z heading south.
Optimus Prime the very old radiant dragon (Gargantuan) at 35n20e0z.

Haman the very old tarterian dragon (Gargantuan) at 15n0e10z heading north, probably very injured-looking.

Gansk: [sblock] Aesther takes a 5ft-step to the east and casts shield. CL11, 11min, Round 340.

OP will use +5 CE. On a non-falling AoO, OP will try to trip (which he expects and why he's only taking +5 CE and no PA). On a falling AoO, OP will tail slap. Maximus Rex will also try a trip if it appears Haman will fly close enough to do it, otherwise, Max will make a tail slap (such as if Haman falls or veers sharply away). [/sblock]

Haman laughs at the idea that he would use his maze. Max must not have the Spellcraft necessary to realize that Spell Resistance functions against the spell. ;)

Haman will take a full attack on Optimus Prime with 5 points in Power Attack before falling to the ground prone.

Alas, all the Spellcraft left the arena in the form of Lady Mariangela. Sonja might have had it, too.

Re: falling prone: I was afraid you were gonna do that. Go ahead and read my last sblock (the hidden info on Aesther will not really make a difference so no harm there). If I had known for sure you would do that, OP would use PA. He couldn't risk you go after Aesther though.

Haman does not dodge Max's breath (26 Ref save) and survives the 93 damage. He has 330 hp.

Max:[sblock]You can breathe again in round 234.[/sblock]

Haman doesn't dodge Omega's breath either (30 Ref save). He survives 83 damage and has 247 hp left.

OS:[sblock]You can breathe again in round 232.[/sblock]

OP hits every time for 135+13-30 total. Haman has 129 hp left.

Haman strikes back, hitting OP with a wing and his tail for 46+10-10 total. OP has 400 hp left.

Haman falls and receives two tail slap AoO's.

OP hits for 34+2-5. Max hits for 29-5. Haman takes 3 falling damage and has 71 hp left.

Max's turn in round 231.

Round 231 Continued
Max gives himself a cure critical wounds, performs a wingover and flies to 95n0e20z heading north. He will fly a snakelike pattern if that is insufficient distance normally. Because of the falling, I'm pretty sure Haman is out of even 30ft reach.

Aesther does something.

Omega Supreme looks readied.

Round 232
Optimus Prime stands pat and takes another full attack on the prone Haman. "Very brave effort for chaotic evil scum. But, now you die." +10 Power Attack.

Your turn, Chaotic Evil, whoever that happens to be. It won't likely be Haman.

[sblock] Aesther casts shield of faith, CL 11, 11 min, expires 341. Her AC is now respectable at 44 (35 + 2 + 4 + 3).

Omega Supreme readies to tail slap any enemy within range.[/sblock]
