LG vs. N: Lawful Good Victorious!

Grimmy hits with two claws for 6. Dogbird is at 21 HP.
Dogbird swipes with one claw for 9. Grimmy is at 9 HP.

Grimmy hits with claw and bite for 7. Dogbird is at 14 HP. Dogbird is too big to grab.
Dog bird hits with both claws, and latches for a bit, tearing Grimmy for 29. Grimmy is dead.

Next for Neutral: a large snow spider (Frostburn). If you do not have it, Gansk will have to give us some help, because I do not either.

The white tufted spider speeds in on eight blurring legs at 60N115E to 60N80E, then pauses with legs splayed and tense, sensing for its opponent.

(MEA, then readied attack)

Dog bird charges to 60N70E, and the spider misses on its readied attack (rolled 12).
Dog bird hits on the charge with its bite for 15 points. Spider is at 11 HP.

Spider hits (rolled 20) with its subsequent attack for 9. Dogbird is at 5 HP, but resists the poison. Dogbird hits with both claws, latching on and rending for 23 HP. The spider is dead.

Next up for Neutral: a walrus (Frostburn). Koo-koo-ka-choo, walrus.

(Man, didn't even get a chance to try the leaping attack ... the initial distance was too far and then it went to the clutch)

Paul the walrus wobbles on to 60N100E and raises his voice in a bellicose roar, and ancient tribute to death in the language of his own people. Sadly, it is not fully appreciated by the crowd...

(double move to get there...)

OOC: I know which Paul the walrus is named after, so I will not take offense.

Round 151:

Dogbird walks to 60N90E and tries to bite through the blubber, bobbing and weaving all the while. Dogbird hits (rolled 21-4=17 for fighting defensively) for 16 points. Paul is at 11 HP.

Should I time compress this, as it seems that Paul's tactics are quite limited?

(Paul is not that nimble or difficult to hit.)
Paul deals a powerful bite with his tusks (rolled 20) for 10 points of damage! Dogbird is at -5 HP and dying.

Round 152: Next for Lawful Good is a crysmal (Expanded Psionics Handbook). If you do not have the indicated tome, I will continue with the crysmal. If you do, you can take over the crysmal, and I will handle Paul (somewhat appropriate, that).

Ki'Ji'Kl scuttles in across the arena, mentally prepared to bludgeon the animal's brain to death.

(Double move to 60N55E)

Paul waddles clumsily, yet relatively rapidly (running), to 60N60E.

Am I to understand that Ki'Ji'Kl will take 5-foot steps back while trying to scramble Paul's brains (i.e. mind thrust)? If so, I can time compress.
