Lightning Rush?

Battlemind and Fighter are initial targets of a burst or blast power with the enemy currently being subject to the Fighter’s mark. The Battlemind does a Lightning Rush (augment 2).

1) Should the Battlemind then be the subject of both his initial attack and the Fighter’s initial attack of the power, if the Battlemind’s interrupt attack hits?

2) Should the Fighter than have his Combat Challenge kick off since he is no longer the target of his attack?

How do you play with scenarios like this?

1) Yes. It's perfectly acceptable to be targeted multiple times by the same power. Just take a look at Twin Strike.
2) Also yes. The Fighter is no longer a target, while the Battlemind is.
