Any thoughts on Living Forgotten Realms?

Certainly it will have elements of "improvement" over LG..and if they actually do "Regional" type approach again, I think it's going to be pretty popular. Judging by the number of people and posts already in the Yahoogroup..it's scary..they'd better get some regions lined up soon

I have heard from people who attended the RPGA members meeting that no matter where you lived, you will be able to play any region's mods. No more travelling to other regions to get a flavor of another region. Which would mean that FR regions would not be associated with real world geography.

IMO, this has the potential to suck the life out of the convention scene in many areas.
