I've posted my first character (yay). And would like to personally thank Bront for the inspiration.

I'd love to see a character with 10 ranks in extra limbs (1000 extra limbs, where do they fit? How much do you spend on deoderant?)

There is only one character judge for now?

Fine, I'll drop the Empyrean league stuff. I just thought it was a great gag that an idiot is given super powers by a super intelligent organization that is too proud to admit their mistake and that group could be used later for hooks for adventuring.

That's too bad. It was a really good backstory. I already had a mission idea from it. Will we ever expand to having Alien heroes?

LS world need to have some consistency. This living world is still young and there is many things to set. I think before deciding what happen outside earth orbit, we have to fix a bit more the thing that are happening on earth... I don't turn down any possibility of alien life, but I don't see it fit to have it now.

I would like to know more what are the extend of the influence of the Resolute in the world, how they are perceived by the different nations. By their population. And the same things about supers in general. Who are the supers in the world (there is resolute, villains, vigilent, others...), ect... Many of them will be determine with the mission that are appearing.

That's my opinion for now. In short words: maybe but not now.

I'll put it back when I am allow to.

I didn't read the original background, but is there some reason why the Empyrean League couldn't be a black-ops government/illuminati/ancient order/secret society kind of thing? Same idea but no aliens.

It won't work, because a terrestrial based agency wouldn't have made the mistake that resulted in Griff getting his powers. It doesn't have the same impact as the "GLC giving a power ring to a complete idiot" vibe that I was going for. I'll add it back in when I am allowed to. If I am never allowed to, I won't. Griff's personality doesn't change and this is the important part.

I guess I just think that its something we would naturally evolve to. I don't mind waiting, but eventually it seems like we would want to allow stuff outside our solar system. Especially as some of the heroes get more powerful. Until then it seems reasonable to work under a scenario where alien races exist, but are just watching humans. So.. no invasions, but random encounters: 2 or 3 heroes, 1 or 2 bad guys, alien sources of power.

I'd comment on this, but it'd be political ;)

A political party could easily make such a mistake though, or a super secret technological group (that perhaps has ties to aliens that could be developed if/when such an offer occures).

I need sleep soon, but I'll try to get to all approvals tonight. I have 2 that are needed quickly now, and 1 sooner rather than later.

Actualy, at the thought of including Aliens we got some pretty violent initial feedback. Of course, most of those people never joined of left pretty quickly...

The self contained universe of earth is good enough for now.
