The preview artwork for the dragonborn female had her wearing a breastplate that defintely looked like it doubled as a bra. This brought much uproar about dragonboobs. A later release of the same art had the breastplate photoshopped out to make it look more like large pecks.

I was under the impression that that photoshopping was a hoax someone did, not anything by WotC.

Nah. And, truthfully, I don't disagree with Aria's comment. I just found it somewhat... jarring... given the context. It's like seeing someone wearing a Dodgers cap while giving a sermon about how much baseball sucks.

I don't think the PHB says, which means they'd still come from eggs as mentioned in Races and Classes.

Which means no. Dragonboobs don't do anything. Except bring scalies/furries.
