Logging in to EN World

Is there a reason I am not logged in the first time I enter my username and password? For the past several days I've had to enter them twice.

Sounds like a conflict in the values of browser cookies. Try flushing all cookies and see how that works.

Unfortunately, I don't have that option. I am using public computers.

You should probably post this in Meta - the admins will stand a better chance of seeing it there and might be able to help!

The first time you enter it will be on the phishing page which takes your password and sends it off so your account can be hacked later and used as a spam node. The second time is probably the real site.

Ok thats probably not true but you should not put in passwords into public computers.
