Sounds like it is more than just player problem. Sounds like a push over DM. Well before I go that far, does the DM do anything to control this aberant player?

The DM is there because he want's people to have a good time, and sees it has friends hanging out. I like this idea, except for al this behind the back stuff. he gets me mad and I wil c0omment to the DM. Things wil die down then the player wil do something again. The dm also plays in the pleyers camapign. but wants to quit because he forced him to become a king, take an aristocrat level, become lawful goo, and striipped him of his vampire spawn template. He wants to quit the troublesome players game but doesn't want to rislk damaging the friendship.

Also i think it wil be easier to call this player LG so everyone knows who i am talkign aboutin this thread since there is alot of mention of this or that player or DM.

Val, if your Dm's Willing I have a solution to DEAL with that, as I have a special Pr-class made ONLY for monsters, which are good against religious/clerical/paladin powers. Trust me, they won't know what hit them. :evil: Barring that, just have your DM hit them with an avatar!

Nigthfall, I would love to here you idea, I know you can come up with the really dark stuff, You rtemmber the CC2 dissucsion we had on the board when it first came out?

yeah I remember to a degree. I've had a lot of time to think up OTHER nasty stuff, but don't worry I can show you what I'm thinking of, especially since you mentioned CC2. It's specifically CC1 I'm thinking of since this Pr-class was supposed to be part of my submission to R&R2. (Course they didn't want any Pr-classes BUT doesn't mean I don't keep them handy)

Since there's a dearth of players, maybe chage to a "superroleplayer" character? Bard with a maxed out Diplomacy, Skill Focus Diplomacy, etc.

Not a bad idea to show him up at his own game, but i like my character, and don't wanna switch it just for him, that would be like saying he gets his way again. I even made this character a templar so he would be alittle more alongside his character, trying to reduce the friction, while still makign a character I like, sadly enough it failed I guess.

Yeah it's a nice touch I know. Unfortunately no. I just don't have the time or the energy to sustain a campaign on line for two reasons. 1). Unemployed and wanted to do something other than sit on my butt 2) lack of a solid/reliable means of spending time on line since I'm stuck at home which again comes back to finanical death valley. Sorry Val. If things were different, and I had a job AND a better place, I'd GLADLY just drive to most anywhere within 150 miles of me. Still, if things change, I'll let you know. My email and ear are always open if you want to talk/vent/whatever.

Valicor, all of lifes problems can be solved through random acts of violence...


I play in this game aswell, an this guy is the biggest egomaniac I have seen. He also kisses ass every chance he gets. The DM was mad because my character did too much damage (which was complete BS) and so this guy during that time announced that he was weakening his character as to not piss off the DM. He ignores the rules in his own game, and hates loosing, so every couple of games the characters lose all of thier stuff and are taken hostage by something immensely powerful. He has some dream to become king in a game, and so he always makes snobby b*tchy characters so that he can act like he is better than everyone else.

He constantly tries to get me kicked out of the game because I power game (Yes, I make characters who are good, and versitile, but usually not overpowered), when he does not even know what powergaming is. He has warped one of the newer players to thinking that having a good character is THE WORST possible thing you can do. She refuses to make a good character ever. he also cheats his character XP and hit points (probably because he "ROLEPLAYS" the best)

I could go on, but I have to leave soon.
