Be aware to get the full story, you'll have to go to the DM's web site to get the logs from before the break they took early last year. (links to the whole thing in the first post at the above link)
Enjoy

This one does start out with a well played monk-type. He uses weapons though and thinks of himself more as a ninja, so if you don't like that then, well, read it anyway. Cause the story still rocks big time. RttToEE was a major part of this one.
It's well worth the read, though it may take you some time.

They weren't kidding. It's stunning beyond belief to find a writter of this calaber giving out his stuff for free. Better than almost all fantasy I've ever read this one has a Rogue/Bard type, a Druid, and a Paladin with a delema over a succubus. Besides the writting, a major reason to go with this one is for the Mythology. Its monotheistic and is yet better than most polytheistic panthions out there. I believe the writter has a degree (might be a Masters) in religious study.
Another of my personal favorites is Old One's
Against the Shadows VII - A Faded Glory Story Hour. No monks but yet another amazing read. This page starts out on installment four, where Old One reposted all the old installments. Old One is he who got me hooked on Story Hours and was even the only reason I took the time to come to the boards for while. While many might hate him for keeping me here, I'd like to take this moment to thank him dearly.
While I fallow many story hours, I've recomended only my favorites. Also, it's a plus when they are known to update. Unlike my own attempt at on board story telling, these guys will stick with you and keep posting.
One warning though. All three will make you feal bad about your own DMing and writting skills. Be wary of self pitty.
