Looking for a sandbox module set around a village

Hey folks

im looking for a 5e module that’s ser around a small village or outpost with a number of adventure sites scattered about. I know Saltmarsh will be doing that in the near future but I’m looking for something to run now!

thanks for your suggestions!!

I'd suggest Princes of the Apocalypse or Lost Mines of Phandelver (the adventures sites are not well fleshed, so you may need to expend them).

Thanks for those suggestions ! Any other third party stuff perhaps?

I know you said 5E but I still have to mention Vault of Larrin Karr by Necromancer Games - one of my favorite 3ed modules - because it's that good. The ultimate sandbox module IMO. You'd have to do some converting but that's not too difficult.

Lost Mines of Phandelin. Its easy to run, very sandboxy with some hooks that allow the DM to insert their own stuff and plenty of other spots to insert stuff.

Sandpoint has the word "sand" in it. Just like sandbox!

Featured in Rise of the Runelords, the very first and most iconic Pathfinder Adventure Path. It is also featured in the Pathfinder Beginner Boxed set, which is one of the best starter sets of any game system I've seen. And recently, Paizo released the lon awaited sourcebook dedicated to that most famous place in their game world.
