Looking for a Sniping Feat

Okay, I was sure that there was a feat that you only suffered a -10 penalty when attempting to Hide after making a ranged attack instead of -20 like normal.

I can't find it though. Was I dreaming it up, or does it exist [and if so, where]?

Able Sniper; Prereq.: Dex 13,Hide 5 ranks; Benefit:+2 bonus on ranged attacks against distant flat-footed targets, +4 bonus on Hide checks after sniping; Source: Races of the Wild, p. 148

Oh, darn. 10th level Halfling Rogue Substitution has Sniping Mastery, which basically does that. Musta been what I was thinking of.
