Looking for massive undead army

I'm looking for resources (adventures, rules, fluff, etc) that are related to undead armies. My players have two groups of PCs, and one group is ending a 6+ year campaign this weekend with an 8 hour session. I want the final battle to involve a massive undead army as a foe (with the BBEG as the necromancer-creator 'General' of the army).

Anything you can provide would be appreciated.

I created one myself, for my Age of Worms campaign, set to have the former owner of the Greyhawk Arena, Loris Raknian, turn up as a death knight with his own army in tow. I still have the stat-blocks for everything involved; it's about an EL 17 encounter, though a single-classed cleric can make short work of most of the cannon fodder. It includes mobs of skeletons, and the effects of someone with the Undead Leadership feat and armor with the undead controlling property.

When I ran this, the party's fighter ended up dueling against said death knight single-handedly, with a wall of fire on one side of them and a vortex of teeth on the other. We had to pause in the middle of one round just to fully describe this; it's possibly one of the most memorable moments the group has had yet.

The final battle I planned for my last big campaign included duels for every character (or two characters against two or three NPCs).

All those NPCs were recurring villains or henchmen and for some of the duels the PCs used allies or befriended NPCs. Additionally the PCs had some joker cards... in case a duel went bad.

One of the battles: ex PC paladin gone vampire against the fire priest and the pirate of the group while the black dragon mount got wrestled from the sky by the groups halfling druid in eagle shape.

What didn't work well about the leadership? You know how it is with management, if we don't learn from our undead mistakes, we'll never achieve undead greatness....

When we playtested test it we had hundreds of undead troops battling against the players small army of soldiers. It was awesome.

By the way, several really good undead, including a true mummy blackguard, and a 125 foot tall crawling zombie.
