Looking for post

In one of the numerous 4E threads, there was an excellent post (within the last several days) by someone who indicated that he was a 3rd tier-publisher that gave a bunch of information on why Wizards really had to release 4E now. He had a bunch of "N+" numbers in there.

My Google-fu is weak, as is my searching through threads.

Any help that could be provided would be appreciated!!

I'll see what I can find.

EDIT: searching for the word "publisher" during the last week doesn't turn up much... Monte's new book, and the 4e Orc and Pie. Could it have been in a different forum? Can you remember any exact, unusual words?

I spent a lot of time on Google ( using the Site:www.enworld.org search string) last night searching for it and couldn't find it.

I am pretty certain it was in one of the threads from the 4E RSS feed.

I remember he spoke about first, second and third tier publishers, and how he was in the third tier.
I am pretty sure he spoke about customer retention, how it was better that WotC put out a new edition now to retain more customers in the changeover from 3.5 to 4E.
I remember that he had "N+" in his post. By that I mean that he said that if N was the year that a company released something, a counter started, and that by N+6, they needed to refresh their product line to increase their customer base.

Sorry for the trouble, and thanks for trying.

Bahh, never mind. I have tried for another 30 minutes on Google, and I can't find the post. I know it was on these forums, as I only read here and the WotC forums, and there wasn't enough 4E hate in the thread for it to have been on the WotC forums. Plus, I remember the background was black, not the WotC backgrounds.

Aha! I was checking the 4e forum instead.

I'll try again later in the correct forum, once traffic has slowed down.
