Looking for specific mechanics in OGL / CC-BY products

I’m hoping to hive mind a few mechanics I’m thinking about including in a project but I want them to come from OGL or CC-BY sources. I’m fully aware I can just write whatever, but that misses the point of the exercise.

I’m looking specifically for games released under the OGL or CC-BY games that have any of the following mechanics:

• Exploding dice.

• Two or more dice that crit or explode on doubles.

Ha. But I was looking for preexisting games. That might be considered cheating.
