One of the funniest was Sam...

There were far too many great quotes in this film!

I loved when Legolas told Aragorn "You're late." in elven.
The running score between Legolas and Gimli, and the "Toss me/Don't tell the Elf" was superb!! Also, the mention of dwarven women and Aragorn's beard quote was great!!

One of my favorite, more serious, quotes was "He has a mind of wheels and metal." (Treebeard)

I could probably go on, but I think I need to see the movie again to get the exact quotes right. ANOTHER GOOD REASON TO SEE IT AGAIN!!
