Lost 4/6/05 SPOILERS!

It's an interesting theory, but...

Well...
I could be wrong but I thought that the scene with Sayid pointing the gun at him showed him with the "white shirt-bloody shoulders" that he was wearing when he dropped Boone off at the caves. But the scene the looks as though he's being shot is from a different angle and the shirt he's wearing is darker.

But I didn't record the show so I can't be certain. Anybody who did tape it care to confirm what I thought I saw?

Is this counting the +1 (baby)? Or was the baby included in the original number of survivors?
I think the baby is in the 15 16 numbers, 42 is people from plane crash, which was 46 (minus those that died), Boone's death would make it 41 but here comes bady back to 42.

Now, there are 14 major characters (13 now Boone is dead) but again baby makes 14 but there could be one or two other major characters making that number 15 and 16, the French woman and Ethan, thse two played important roles in this season.

This is just wild thougths with the numbers and may not have anything to do with anything.

I think Boone's death is a freebie, not the one foretold in all the "thrilling season finale" ads. Which is why I like this show so much. "We're gonna kill some one at the end of the season," they yell. "Oh, and someone now too!"

Personally, I would not want Sayyid pissed at me. Jack's a pushover in that regard. He's to afraid of conflict and unhappiness to stay angry for long. Sayyid, Kate, or Sawyer, them I wouldn't want pissed at me.

Claire was absolutely radiant holding that baby. I wish Charlie had been brave enough to help with the process. I don't think Claire minded him not helping, but dramatically, it would have been more interesting to have him in Kate's role.

Charlie did try to help. There was a point where Claire was crying out while delivering and Charlie started to get up to go to her. Jin just grabbed his arm and shook his head so Charlie sat back down.

I think it was one of those situations where both Kate and Claire had to overcome their fears together.

Anyone else think that Boone's character is coming back at some point?

It's possible that I'm way off but I wouldn't be surprised. Just didn't seem like it was his time and if Shannon REALLY wants him back maybe the island will deliver...

In flashbacks. :)

It would be interesting to see him come back, but so far we don't know if the island has any powers at all. There is that whole thing about Jack's dad still hanging out there, as well as Rose's husband, so if they come back, I bet Boone will, too.

I was kind of sad to see Boone killed off- he never really had that much to do, frankly, but I felt like they were just starting to scratch the surface with him in his episode. I suppose he was the easiest to kill off, though, since due to his connection with Shannon, he'll still be a part of the show (again, through flashbacks). He was one of the "safest" to off.
