Or, maybe that big blue tarp that they buried Boone in. As they were burying him, I was saying to myself "Don't go wasting that tarp on a dead body! You're on an island with limited resources! You may need that later!"

ABC ran a Lost story on 20/20 last night. It was a nice behind the scenes look at the show, with a few small revelations about the show's secrets and the big finale.

Spoilers:

1) The season will end in a huge cliffhanger. Which was expected anyway, so this isn't much of a spoiler.

2) The creators confimred that the characters are not dead and in Purgatory, and that every "mystery" on the show has a logical explanation. They've also said this elsewhere, I believe.

3) The monster will either be revealed or at least addressed more by the end of the season.

4) The actor who plays Locke revealed that when his character saw the monster, he asked the director what he was seeing. He was told that he should react as if he were seeing "the most beautiful thing he could think of".

One funny part from the 20/20 show involved Jorge Garcia, who plays Hurley. Before Boone was killed off, word leaked out that a major character would die this season. Garcia's mother called him on the phone in a panic, and asked him if the news was true. Garcia said yes, someone from the show would be written out this season. Garcia's mom then said "I really hope it's not Sawyer!".
