Lost Post!!

Hi,

I just posted to a thread (The story hour xp thread in general), I saw a couple of grammatical errors (so my post was there), edited them and saved, and when I went to look at the thread again, my post no longer exists.

I am editing this one to see if I can reproduce the problem, althougjh I would have to do it in an existing thread. This says it is my post 52 and the one that is missing was my post 51.

I have really made more posts but previous message board shifts always lost my number of posts.

Your post seems to be there, BTW:

I like to reflect the quality of the submission from players. So, for a character background I award 300 to 500 xps depending upon how good it is, with some recognition of the word count as well.

Of course, as a DM you have to use the hooks in the character background in your campaign, as you need to properly incorporate that character in your campaign. Siblings, parents, lost loves, childhood friends and enemies all are excellent grist for the campaign mill.

Yeah, I can now see what is happening, I had to delete everything in my temporary internet folder for me to get these boards to refresh, all cookies, all files including offline content!
